I like it but haven’t used it yet.
The the straw area closer came off when trying to open it but was able to pop it back on. Like the customization and how quickly it was delivered.

Thanks for the review. This is a first from a customer regarding an issue with the straw area. I wish you had contacted us directly as you did when you thought it wasn't delivered to your mailbox. A replacement top could have easily been shipped out, but I am glad you were able to fix it.
